The day is bright and warm, with a cooler breeze sometimes blowing in from the coast. In the evening, the temperature drops a bit, almost becoming chilly, though there's plenty of moonlight.
While this is technically the first day of the tournament, the actual battles don't begin until tomorrow. Wranglers are encouraged to let their monsters get some exercise and settle into place before the fighting starts.
